Dr. Jack Scallions, President

Dr. Jack Scallions has pastored the Fairiveiw Baptist Chuch in Athens, TN for 36 years. He holds a Master of Religious Education degree and a Master of Divinity degree from Temple Baptist Seminary. He also holds an Honorary Doctorate from Tennessee Temple University. Dr. Scallions is a regular speaker for Bible Conferences, special meetings, and commencements.  Dr. Scallions has served as the President of the Tennessee Association of Christian Schools for 21 years.

Dr. Charles Walker, Executive Director

Dr. Charles Walker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and a Master of Teaching degree from Southwestern State University and a Professional Certificate in Educational Administration from the University of Oklahoma. He also holds Honorary Doctorates from Bob Jones University, Pensacola Christian College, and Midwestern Baptist College. Dr. Walker served as a teacher, principal, and superintendent in public schools before the Lord called him into full-time Christian Education.  Dr. Walker has served as the executive director of TACS for 34 years.

Randy Scallions, Assistant Executive Director

Randy Scallions holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Education and a Master of Science in Educational Administration from Tennessee Temple University.  Randy has served as a Christian school teacher, Christian school principal, Christian school administrator, and college professor.  He presently serves as the assistant executive director of TACS.

Dr. Brian Walker, Assistant to the Executive Director

Dr. Brian Walker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Tennessee Temple Univeristy, a Master of Science in Educational Administration from the Univeristy of Tennessee Chattanooga, and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Tennessee.  Dr. Walker has served as a Christian school teacher, a Christian school administrator, and a college professor.  Dr. Walker currently serves as the assistant to the executive director of TACS.
